You will probably have lots of questions. It is best to prepare yourself prior to coming to an appointment. Here are some of the most common questions.

Can you come with me to court?

Only an attorney can represent you in court, so you're talking to the right people. Aside from that, being able to go with you to court will depend on a number of things. The type of case, complexity and how long the attorney has to prepare often dictate the answer. To best prepare for a consultation, bring any and all documents that you've received from the government with you.

Do I have to come in person for a consulation?

No. We can do meetings by phone, and through a browser with video. It is best to have copies of documents that you might want to discuss available. In order to do this, you should be able to scan and upload them to your computer or FAX them in prior.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Major credit cards, cash and check. We have a third party financing option if you'd like to finance the cost of your case.
