You will probably have lots of questions. It is best to prepare yourself prior to coming to an appointment. Here are some of the most common questions.

Can you go over the forms I've prepared?

There might be some attorneys that provide this service. We take responsibility for the advice that we provide and therefore will not advise you on something that we don't sign and submit to the government. This protects the client, and the attorney.

Do I have to come in person for a consulation?

No. We can do meetings by phone, and through a browser with video. It is best to have copies of documents that you might want to discuss available. In order to do this, you should be able to scan and upload them to your computer or FAX them in prior.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Major credit cards, cash and check. We have a third party financing option if you'd like to finance the cost of your case.
