DACA-what you need to know

If you have DACA it is important to get specific legal advice on your situation. Today the Supreme Court heard oral arguments on the status of DACA. The cases started when the administration that controls DACA announced an end to the program. The end turned out not to be the end when it was challenged in court and an injunction has been in place since. Currently, you are able to renew your DACA so long as you still qualify, but you can't apply if you've never had DACA. Once the Supreme Court issues their decision, we will know what will happen to over half a million people who have DACA. This all could have been avoided (and still could be) through Congress had they simply agreed on it last year. https://www.cnn.com/2018/01/25/politics/white-house-immigration-framework/index.html
